This summer's Supreme Court decision making marriage equality the law of the land was a watershed moment in American history, but LGBT Americans still face legal discrimination in many ways.
In fact, dozens of states still allow employers to fire people on the basis of sexual orientation, creating an insane system where a gay couple can get married—and then get fired for displaying their wedding pictures.
