As we've seen the last several days, Karl Rove has been sounding the alarm about the GOP'ssudden money deficit. In short, the Democratic campaign committees and candidates have dramatically outraised their Republican counterparts. And that was fine until the Kochs decided to quit spending on TV for the duration of the cycle.
But that disparity is only an issue moving forward. From a DSCC email (emphasis in the original):
Over the course of the last two weeks, top national Republicans from Karl Rove to the NRSC have started complaining that they could fail (again) to win the majority because they are being outspent by Democrats. Nothing could be further from the truth. Although the DSCC has dramatically outraised the NRSC by $29 million and most Democratic candidates have outraised their opponents, Republican have ridden the Koch train to a huge spending advantage. Here’s the reality Republicans are hiding: In the 11 most competitive Senate races, Republicans groups and candidates have outspent Democratic groups and candidates by more than $20 million on TV. Democrats have spent $130 million to the GOP’s $153 million, a staggering $46 million from Koch funded groups.
Woah, 30 percent of the GOP's spending in Senate races came from the Kochs alone? Of course, perhaps the Kochs quit the ad wars because that money bought them so little results, with Democrats remaining doggedly competitive in the key battleground Red states like Arkansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, North Carolina, and Georgia. Oh, and Kansas.
okay this too should be an awakening they put money and it's abillity to broadcast their lies and misleading information to influence your vote, stop think for a minute have any of them even in past cycles given you a clear plan not just a title of a plan with out the body, remember 2012 they were ask for their plan on budget health care and they said they will tell us after the election they still 2 years later have not told us so one is to understand they will only tell us if we elect them if not we got nothing coming
