did the hypocritical blasphemous preacher forget or is his head still full of presidential aspiration? well we haven't forgot his chauvinistic degrading of women just last month.Former Arkansas Governor and current Fox News host Mike Huckabee says that female political candidates should be placed on a pedestal.“I’ve twice run against women opponents, and it’s a very different approach,” Huckabeetold the New Republic in an interview after being asked about a Hillary Clinton presidential nomination. "For those of us who have some chivalry left, there’s a level of respect."Huckabee added: “You treat some things as a special treasure; you treat other things as common.” He doubled down on his remarks to Salon, saying: “I was raised to treat women with respect. I still will invite a lady to go first, will open a door for her, and will place her in the center of the photograph.”
Huckabee has made headlines before for comments about women. In January, Huckabee criticized Democrats for insulting “the women of America by making them believe that they are helpless without Uncle Sugar coming in and providing for them a prescription each month for birth control because they cannot control their libido or their reproductive system without the help of the government.”There is wide speculation that Huckabee may want to run for president in 2016 for the Republican nomination.
