George Zimmerman, who was recently found not guilty in the 2012 murder of Trayvon Martin, is requesting that the state of Florida cover his legal bills.According to a spokesman for Mark O’Mara, Zimmerman’s attorney, the former defendant seeks to recoup $200,000 to $300,000 of his legal fees. “That is a ballpark estimate,” the spokesman said. “It will be a few weeks before everything is all together and we’re in a position to file that motion.”A Florida statute allows acquitted defendants to petition the state for repayment of legal costs, which in Zimmerman’s case include everything from retaining expert witnesses to travel and document fees. However, the statute does not permit compensation for attorney fees. O’Mara’s tab alone is estimated at over $1 million, and his spokesman said he doesn’t believe Zimmerman has paid any of it.

he is going to far wasn't satisfied with his 15 mins. he's out and about trying to create a mini series, the problem with being in the limelight is everything gets seen. public opinion including his jurors will turn against him, he got a way with murder now he wants to rub it in everybody's face, people don't like obvious mistakes to be rubbed in their faces.
