i'm included in most Americans and it sounded like he wants to stop the employment of gov't workers and hire those he was talking to. i'm sick of the right saying "most American's want", and every time they get called out their first response "well both sides do it"
but never any names just a reflex action without any meat on it.
the Pres. i took his comment as "it's doing fine as meaning if you are no longer hemoraging 750,000 jobs per Bush months to steady 27 months growth per Obama month then hell yes it's doing fine. better then before, even 4 years ago
every thing in a + column for our beloved Pres. is spun into their column of unaccomplished failure because it's the Pres.'s fault if they didn't have to forget you on the back burner, they had to sink this Pres. and meanwhile after 2010 broken promises they neglected to tell their base that they were collateral damage. not so good lookin' out for the folks. please click title
